Open-Road Armed Heist by Local Crooks in Community Area
In a recent incident on 07.09.25, at approximately 17:10, a robbery occurred in Steintorwall, near Braunschweig's Steintorwall. According to the official source, Polizei Braunschweig, transmitted via news aktuell, the robbery involved three young men targeting another young man.
The victim was not injured during the robbery, but two of the young men stole a sweater from him. Witnesses to the crime are being sought as part of an investigation into aggravated robbery.
As the incident unfolded, the perpetrators drove off towards Helmstedter Straße. However, the described car was found and stopped in Helmstedt Straße, but only the 21-year-old was in the vehicle.
After the robbery, a witness followed the three men and saw two of them get into a vehicle. Two women reportedly approached the perpetrators during the incident and asked them to stop. The three perpetrators then fled towards Museumstraße.
