Ottawa Senators reveal fresh alternate uniform, modifications at Canadian Tire Centre for the current season
The Canadian Tire Centre, home of the Ottawa Senators, is gearing up for its 30th anniversary in 2026 with a series of exciting changes and promotional events.
In a notable development, Keurig Dr Pepper Canada has become the first major sports venue in Canada to offer its beverages, including Dr Pepper, Canada Dry, Nestea, and Crush drinks, at the Canadian Tire Centre. This partnership marks a new era for the arena, bringing popular soft drinks to the arena experience.
The Ottawa Senators have also unveiled a new third jersey for the 2025-26 NHL season. The red jersey features black and gold trim and will be worn 13 times during the season.
As part of the anniversary celebrations, the Canadian Tire Centre is undergoing changes, including new seats in the 100-level and 200-level suites, a new ice-level bar, and some modifications that will lower the seat count.
The 2025-26 season promises to be action-packed with promotional nights such as Oktoberfest, Halloween, an Indigenous culture celebration, Country Night, Arcade Night, Home for the Holidays, Hockey Fights Cancer, Igniting Hope, and Hockey Talk. Four Ignite the Red nights and a bobblehead giveaway night are also scheduled for the first half of the season.
In addition to the jersey reveal, the Senators have announced 13 new corporate partners and sponsorships for the season. New food items at the Canadian Tire Centre include smash burgers, tourtière kettle nachos, and braised beef shank grilled cheese at concessions, and new items in club seats and restaurants, such as the Brady Burger.
Fans can look forward to the 30th anniversary celebration on Jan. 17, 2026, against the Montreal Canadiens. Tickets for the first half of the 2025-26 season will go on sale on a specific date, yet to be announced.
To kick off the season, Fanfest will take place on Sept. 21 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. before the preseason game vs. Toronto. This event promises to be a fun-filled day for fans, filled with activities and exciting announcements.
