Persistent high temperatures and increased humidity remain widespread throughout the UAE.
Weather Forecast for the UAE: Partly Cloudy with Moderate Winds
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is set to experience partly cloudy weather with some periods of full cloud cover over the next few days, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM). This prediction holds true for both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
The forecast for Dubai indicates a high of 40°C and a low of 31°C, while Abu Dhabi is expected to be slightly warmer, with a high of 41°C and a low of the same 31°C. These temperatures are expected to remain consistent throughout the week, with no significant changes in the forecast.
Residents in coastal areas can anticipate a rise in humidity overnight and into Monday morning. Despite the humid conditions, the sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea are expected to remain calm with only slight wave activity. However, the winds, which are expected to reach speeds up to 35 km/h, may kick up dust in open areas.
The winds are primarily from the southwesterly and northwesterly directions, and the NCM has indicated that light to moderate winds will be active during the day. The possibility of mist or light fog forming during the late-night and early-morning hours is noted in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
As for any meteorological events, the total lunar eclipse in the UAE is scheduled for the night of September 7 to 8, 2025. However, there are no such events happening in the near future as of now.
