Persistent staffing shortage leads to the closure of the family restroom facilities
The Vogelsang Family Pool in Solingen has announced changes to its schedule for this week and next due to staff shortages.
From Thursday and Friday, the pool will be closed in the afternoon for rehabilitation classes and swimming school, as well as public swimming. This decision was made to ensure the safety and well-being of both swimmers and staff, as the pool requires a certain number of staff members to operate effectively and safely.
Despite these partial closures, the pool will remain open to the public from 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM daily until August 30th. The Vogelsang Family Pool has been consistently open for public swimming during these hours, and the closure on Thursday and Friday afternoons is an exception to this.
Rehabilitation classes and swimming school will resume on Saturday, following the closure on Thursday and Friday. The pool will reopen for public swimming from 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM on Saturday.
The Vogelsang Family Pool has been offering rehabilitation classes and swimming school as part of its regular offerings. These classes and school provide valuable opportunities for individuals to improve their swimming skills and rehabilitate from injuries or health conditions.
The responsibility for the personnel inquiry at the Vogelsang Family Pool lies with the company's management or HR department. The pool has been experiencing staff shortages, leading to partial closures on Thursday and Friday afternoons.
The pool will close on August 30th, marking the end of the swimming season for this year. Visitors are encouraged to take advantage of the remaining open days and participate in the rehabilitation classes, swimming school, or public swimming sessions.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these changes and appreciate your understanding as we work through this challenging period. The Vogelsang Family Pool remains committed to providing a safe and enjoyable swimming experience for all.
