Police in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, have detained suspects following a menacing incident
In a swift and efficient operation, the Federal Police in Dortmund have successfully located and apprehended two suspects involved in a knife threat incident at Dortmund Central Station.
The incident was reported around 04:35 on August 17, with an employee providing a detailed description of the suspects. The operation began immediately, and the suspects were quickly located.
According to the Federal Police, a search followed, during which a one-handed knife was found on one of the suspects. The other suspect, a 20-year-old and a 19-year-old man from Lünen, have not had their identities disclosed to the public.
The younger suspect (34 years old) from Castrop-Rauxel was released at the scene due to cooperative behaviour. Neither suspect commented on the incident after being advised of their rights.
