In the Ennepe-Ruhr District, a 27-year-old individual found themselves in trouble with the law after an incident that took place on August 21, 2025, at approximately 10:40 PM. The incident occurred on Viktoriastraße in Schwelm, where the individual was stopped by police officers while operating an electric scooter and holding a mobile phone.
According to reports, the individual was found to have a blood alcohol concentration of 1.2%, which is above the legal limit. Suspicion of alcohol influence led to a test, which confirmed the result.
