Police Officer BPOLI Found Guilty, Headed to Prison Following a Brawl with a Shield.

In an incident that took place on August 20, 2025, at 1:05 AM, a 43-year-old man was arrested by the Federal Police in Halle (Saale), Germany. The incident occurred in a parking lot near the main station.

According to the Federal Police Inspectorate Magdeburg, who transmitted the news about the incident, the officers observed the man kicking a German Railway sign on the parking lot. During the verification of the man's personal details, the officers found an arrest warrant for him issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office in Halle (Saale) seven days prior to the incident.

The man had not served his sentence, which was issued in May 2023 for threats and theft. He was sentenced to an initial fine of 1080 euros or 90 days of imprisonment. However, it appears that the search results do not provide any information about which judge from Halle sentenced the man.

The man could not pay the outstanding fine of 408 euros and was taken to a detention facility. The authority that issued the warrant was informed about the execution of the arrest warrant.

The man is now serving the remaining 34 days of his 90-day imprisonment. For further questions, the Federal Police Inspectorate Magdeburg can be contacted at +49 (0) 391-56549-505, via email at [email protected], or on Twitter at @bpol_pir.
