The Kreispoliceibehörde Unna, a police authority located in the Kreis Unna, Germany, has welcomed 30 new colleagues in 2025. This addition marks a significant boost to the force, with the new officers being distributed among the various directorates.
Landrat Mario Löhr, the director of Kreispolizeibehörde Unna, expressed his pleasure at the new additions, joining him in serving the community. The new colleagues have transferred from various authorities across North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), including Hochsauerlandkreis, Essen, Dortmund, Soest, Olpe, Recklinghausen, and Mettmann.
Some of the new officers have completed their Bachelor's degree at the Hochschule für Polizei und öffentliche Verwaltung (HSPV NRW), a higher education institution for police and public administration in North Rhine-Westphalia. However, the first names of the 30 new police officers were not provided in the official announcement.
