Pop sensation Ed Sheeran will make an appearance in Munich come December.
British superstar Ed Sheeran (34) has announced a series of concerts in Europe, set to take place in late 2025. The pre-sale for these intimate shows will begin on September 9th at 11:00 AM German time, with the general pre-sale starting on September 11th.
Sheeran's new album "Play" is set to be released on September 12th, and fans who pre-order the album on his homepage before September 8th can register for a ticket pre-sale for the concerts in Paris, Munich, Dublin, Manchester, and Coventry.
The concerts in Munich, Paris, and Dublin will take place on December 3rd, 1st, and 9th respectively, while the concert in Manchester will be on December 7th and the one in English Coventry on December 5th. The Munich concert will take place at the Olympiahalle Munich, offering a little over 15,000 seats.
Sheeran has expressed his love for performing in intimate venues, and these shows will be more intimate than a stadium show. The Munich concert, in particular, will be one of five smaller concerts Ed Sheeran announced in Europe. The concert events in Munich were organized by the promoter FKP Scorpio in cooperation with Warner Music.
For the shows in Manchester and Coventry, the pre-sale will be through Amazon Music UK. Fans who missed out on the already sold-out concerts in Düsseldorf, where Sheeran will perform from September 5th to 7th, can still catch him live in Germany in December.
