The ideal candidate for this role has a strong passion for customer success and digital marketing, with at least 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Manager, focusing on account management, development, and revenue responsibility.
The Digital Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving retention, and fostering growth. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, defining and implementing success and engagement strategies for accounts, and making formal and informal presentations to staff and clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the Digital Marketing Account Manager will need to build professional relationships at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and negotiation skills are also required.
The Digital Marketing Account Manager must have native-level German and English skills, and a strong understanding of marketing principles. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 2 to 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, paid media management, and/or Agency experience.
The Digital Marketing Account Manager should also demonstrate a commitment to learn, improve, and be part of the company's success story. Being willing to get creative and innovative to drive continued success is also crucial.
The Digital Marketing Account Manager should understand market trends and keep up to date with the latest developments, trends, and technology impacting the function and industry. The salary range for this position is €53K - €78K per year.
