Power outage succumbed to a night-time motorcyclist in Kamchatka
In the early hours of yesterday, a dramatic incident occurred in the village of Sobolevo, Kamchatka Krai. According to reports by Sobolevsky District Head Andrei Vorovsky, a driver collided with a power line pole on the 'Oхотsk Sea Resorts' roads.
The incident involved a speed enthusiast, who was operating a white eight-seater car. The driver, whose identity remains undisclosed, miscalculated the trajectory before the collision, leading to the accident.
As a result of the crash, the accident left a neighboring house without electricity. The driver is now responsible for compensating the energy company for the damaged property. Furthermore, the Sobolevsky District is responsible for restoring the damaged power and communication lines.
Andrei Vorovsky shared details about the incident on social media, but did not provide any information about any injuries or further consequences. He did, however, state that the driver totaled their car in the accident.
