Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Pre-Orders Open, Revealing Exciting Features

Call of Duty fans, prepare for an exhilarating adventure with the announcement of pre-orders for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7! The highly anticipated game, set to release on Nov. 14, 2025, offers a plethora of options for eager gamers.

Preorder choices include Xbox Digital Gift Cards, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriptions, bundles featuring Xbox controllers and Fire TV Stick, and Elite Series 2 Controllers. For PlayStation enthusiasts, preorders are available for the Standard Edition, which will work across PS4 and PS5, as well as physical copies of the Standard Edition, each with their own specific quirks. On PC, the Standard Edition can be purchased digitally through Battle.net, Steam, or Xbox PC.

The Vault Edition, a digital-only option, priced at $99.99, offers everything in the Standard Edition, plus additional extras such as the Operator Collection, Mastercraft Weapon Collection, and a season of the BlackCell Battle Pass. Upgrading from the Standard Edition to the Vault Edition will cost an extra $30/€30.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 promises to bring a fresh twist to the series with the introduction of equipment overclocking, allowing gadgets and streaks to evolve as you use them. Progression in Black Ops 7 is now unified across campaign, multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone, meaning XP, weapon levels, and challenges carry over no matter which mode you play. Only Double XP tokens and Gobblegums carry forward from Black Ops 6. Everything else resets.

For those who have preordered the Standard Edition, early access to the Open Beta starts from Oct. 2-5, and access to the public beta begins Oct. 5. Preorders through Game Pass also grant access to the game on launch day, but an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription is required.

The gameplay innovations don't stop there. The new movement system features wall-jumping, grappling, wingsuits, and omni-directional mobility. Two new modes, Endgame and Skirmish, add variety to the gameplay experience. Endgame blends open-world gameplay with extraction shooter elements, turning Avalon into a sandbox of escalating challenges and objectives. Skirmish Mode introduces 20-player large-scale battles with vehicles and aerial combat tools.

For the first time since Black Ops 3, the campaign in Black Ops 7 is fully co-op for up to four players. Digital preorders and Game Pass users also receive the Reznov Challenge Pack, playable in Black Ops 6 and Warzone immediately, with all skins available in Black Ops 7 at launch.

Stay tuned for more updates on Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 as we approach its release date. Get ready to immerse yourself in a thrilling new adventure!
