New York Motor Show to Unveil the Mysterious Lexus LF-Gh Concept

In anticipation of the upcoming New York Motor Show, Toyota has sent out photos of the Lexus LF-Gh Concept, providing a tantalizing glimpse of the vehicle that has been shrouded in mystery. The LF-Gh Concept, with its large grill and angular, aggressive looks, could be the long-awaited 2012 Lexus GS or a separate model altogether.

The exact powertrain details of the LF-Gh Concept are currently unknown, but there is ongoing speculation that it could return as the long-promised Lexus GS-F, boasting a powerful 500bhp V8 engine. However, it's important to note that this is merely speculation at this point.

Lexus has a history of showcasing extreme models at events like the SEMA show, and the LF-Gh Concept, with its more garish paint job, seems to fit well within this tradition. A video of the LF-Gh Concept has been acquired, offering a proper look at the vehicle, and a first teaser photo has been issued by Lexus.

The Lexus LF-Gh Concept's design appears to be heavily influenced by the upcoming 2012 Lexus GS, with a focus on a large grill that is a prominent feature of the vehicle. The LF-Gh Concept is also due at the New York Motor Show, where more information is expected to be revealed.

Interestingly, Lexus has launched a new website to tease the LF-Gh Concept ahead of the show. The image on the website is not a modern impressionist photo, but rather the image Lexus is using to generate interest in the vehicle.

There is also speculation that the LF-Gh could be a plug-in hybrid, but no official confirmation has been provided on this matter. It's unknown if the LF-Gh will indeed be a plug-in hybrid, but the possibility is certainly intriguing.

The LF-Gh Concept was developed by Lexus' design team under the direction of the Toyota design division, underscoring the importance of the vehicle to the Lexus brand. With the New York Motor Show just around the corner, car enthusiasts worldwide are eagerly awaiting more information about the Lexus LF-Gh Concept. Stay tuned for updates!
