The South-East Hesse Police Headquarters has announced a series of speed control measures to ensure road safety during Week 37, 2025. These measures will be enforced by the Traffic Directorate.
On Monday, 08.09.2025, speed control will take place on the A66 towards Fulda, specifically at the Bad Soden-Salmünster exit. The following day, on 09.09.2025, speed control will occur on the B43a towards Dieburg, before the Hanau Harbour exit.
On Tuesday, 11.09.2025, speed control will take place on L3196, Majoß towards Steinau, an identified accident hotspot. On Wednesday, 12.09.2025, speed control will occur on K174, Dietzenbach towards Rodgau, between Waldacker and Rodgau-Ring-Straße, with a focus on wildlife-related incidents.
The speed control points will be set up at high-risk areas and accident hotspots, and may also be located in noise protection zones. The planned measurements are part of the South-East Hesse Police Headquarters' ongoing efforts to promote road safety.
