In the coming weeks, the Southeast Hesse Police Headquarters have announced a series of speed checks across various locations. These checks are aimed at ensuring road safety and reducing the risk of accidents.
Beginning on September 16, speed checks will be conducted on several roads. In Rodgau-Nieder-Roden, speed checks will be held on Frankfurter Straße towards Lichtenbergstraße (near a nursing home) and Hanau's L 3268, Maintaler Str. towards Dörnigheim (a speed danger point). Similarly, in Hanau, speed checks will take place on Pfaffenbrunnenstr. towards Hermann - Ehlers Straße (near a kindergarten) and K 903, Niedermittlau towards Rothenbergen (a speed danger point).
The following day, on September 17, speed checks will occur on Frankfurter Straße in Rodgau-Nieder-Roden towards Lichtenbergstraße (again near a nursing home) and on K 174 Rodgau towards Dietzenbach, which will be an accident hotspot.
On September 18, speed checks will be held on Neu-Isenburg's L 3117 towards Heusenstamm (an accident hotspot) and Hanau's Kastanienallee towards Frankfurter Str. (near a school). The same day, Hanau, B 43 a near Hanau Harbour towards Fulda will also be an accident hotspot.
The week will continue with speed checks on September 19. In Hanau, B 448, at the end of construction towards Offenbach will be a speed danger point. On the same day, Hanau, B 43 a near Hanau Harbour towards Fulda will once again be an accident hotspot.
Finally, on September 20, speed checks will take place on Offenbach am Main, Buchhügelallee towards Spessartring (near a school) and Hanau, B 43 a near Hanau Harbour towards Fulda, which will be an accident hotspot for the second time during this week.
