Proposal sought for a directive on commission's initiatives

A drug trafficking investigation conducted by the Criminal Investigation Department 12 of the Rhein-Kreis Neuss Police Headquarters on May 17, 2021, led to the arrest of two suspects.

In Dormagen, a 30-year-old man named Kevin S. was provisionally arrested. During the search of his location, several kilograms of narcotics and chemicals for their production, as well as three blank immunization certificates with stamps, were found. Additionally, untaxed cigarettes, erectile dysfunction medication, various blunt, sharp, and firearms, 50 rounds of ammunition, and several more blank immunization certificates with stamps were seized from Kevin S.

Simultaneously, a 49-year-old man from Bergisch Gladbach was also provisionally arrested. However, no new drugs were found or mentioned in connection with this arrest.

The Dormagener, who has previous convictions, was presented to the Neuss District Court on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, and a judge ordered his detention. The further proceedings against him will be continued by the Rhein-Kreis Neuss Police Headquarters.

The proceedings against the man from Bergisch Gladbach will be separated and continued by the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis Police Headquarters. No new evidence or items were seized during the investigation, and no new individuals were implicated in the drug trafficking investigation.

Several locations in Dormagen and Bergisch Gladbach were searched as part of the investigation, but no new arrests or seizures were mentioned. The investigation did not involve information about a free newsletter or subscription services.

The current paragraph does not provide any new information about the quantities of drugs seized from the suspects, the immunization certificates found during the investigation, or the suspects' previous convictions.
