Providing assistance to Borisovka-1 is more advantageous than implementing emergency services during winter months.

The residential area of Borisovka-1 in Yakutia is facing a potential emergency situation, as the gas boiler rooms are in a dilapidated state and are not ready for the upcoming heating season. The managing company, UК "Vozhdenie", is under scrutiny for not fulfilling its duties and alleged criminal inaction.

The Telegram channel "Yakutia - Feedback" was the first to report the risk of an emergency situation in Borisovka-1. The gas boiler rooms have numerous violations, including the absence of emergency windows and carbon monoxide detectors, and the boilers are half-disassembled with the floors under them collapsing.

Residents have been expressing their concerns about the unpreparedness of the microdistrict for the heating season. Floors in the houses are rotten, and there is black mold on the first floor and walls. Reports suggest that UК "Vozhdenie" has already collected money from the residents for the repair of the boiler rooms, but there are concerns that the collected funds have been misappropriated.

The Yakutsk city administration has provided information about the unpreparedness of the houses for winter to the Yakutia State Construction Supervision Department. Alexander Severyanov, a Yakutsk City Duma Deputy, has confirmed that the houses in Borisovka-1 are not ready for winter. He summarizes that there is a risk of an emergency situation, a scandal, resettlement, and freezing of houses in Borisovka-1 if the necessary repairs are not made.

Alexander Valentinovich, a local official, states that if the gas boiler rooms are not repaired, the gas workers will have to turn off the gas and heat in Borisovka-1. The cost of repairing the gas equipment in Borisovka-1 needs to be determined.

The Department has sent a warning to UК (Unified Construction Inspectorate) about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements for ensuring proper preparation for the heating season. Residents have been turning to different instances but have not received a comprehensive solution to the problems.

If an emergency situation arises in Borisovka-1, there could be a scandal on federal channels, and residents may be forced to be resettled to other places, which would cost more than repairing and preparing Borisovka-1 now.
