In a recent development, the Detroit Police Department has issued a missing person alert for 63-year-old Charles Collier. Mr. Collier was last seen on Tuesday, March 30, from his residence on the 4600 block of East Outer Drive.

Charles Collier is described as a man of black hair and black eyes, standing at 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a yellow shirt and black tennis shoes.
