In the heart of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, the city's Center for Extracurricular Activities recently organised a captivating festival-competition, celebrating the rich tapestry of Russian folklore. The event showcased performances of Russian, Itelmen, and Karelian folk tales, attracting six children's groups from theatre studios across the city.

The festival was a celebration of local talent, with several groups securing impressive positions. In the category of "Theatrical Miniature," School No. 8's team "StArS - neue Plätze" claimed the second place. The team's performance was commendable, earning them a well-deserved recognition.

School No. 41 also had a winning collective in the festival, though their specific category was not specified. The competition was fierce, with School No. 5's theatre studio "Skazka" from the "Eureka" education centre and School No. 5's collective "Palitra" taking the first place in the "Theatrical Miniature" category.

The "Musical Production" category saw the collective "Neposedy" from an unspecified group emerge victorious. Their performance was undoubtedly a highlight of the festival, demonstrating the depth and breadth of local talent.

In the "Theatrical Miniature" category, School No. 34's team "StArS - new places" received the second runner-up position, while the "Rainbow Family" from School No. 10 took home the third place.
