Questions concerning your child's auditory and linguistic capabilities: Is your child hearing and speaking appropriately?

On Monday, September 29, a consultation day for parents with questions about their child's hearing and language development is taking place. This event is being held in collaboration with the Institute for Hearing and Speech Straubing at the Public Health Office in Landshut's District Administration.

The location of the consultation day is the Public Health Office Landshut, Veldener Straße 15, 84036 Landshut. The test and consultation will take place from 9 am to 3 pm.

Parents who are unsure about their child's language development or suspect a hearing issue can attend this consultation day. It's not always easy to assess whether a child is hearing correctly, and many parents wonder if their child's language development is age-appropriate or if there might be a language delay.

The special needs service of the pedagogical-audiological counseling center offers a child-appropriate hearing and speech test. This test is free of charge and is designed to provide parents with professional advice about their child's hearing and language development.

To register for the hearing and speech test, a telephone registration with the Public Health Office is required. Appointments can be made by calling the telephone number 0871 408-1720. No referral is required for the hearing and speech test.

The consultation day provides an opportunity for parents to seek professional advice about their child's hearing and language development. The collaboration with the Institute for Hearing and Speech Straubing ensures that parents receive expert advice from professionals in the field.

The next free consultation day for children with hearing and speech disorders will take place on Monday, September 29, at the Public Health Office in Landshut's District Administration. Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights into your child's hearing and language development.
