Jaguar TCS Racing Dominates Tempelhof Double-Header

The ABB Formula E Championship saw an exciting double-header at Tempelhof, with Jaguar TCS Racing emerging as the dominant force. Nick Cassidy, driver of the No. 37 car, clinched two wins in a row, with the second victory coming in the second race.

Starting from the back of the grid, Cassidy demonstrated an impressive comeback, moving up to first position to secure the win. His teammate, Mitch Evans, finished fifth in the same race.

Jaguar TCS Racing's success was not limited to Cassidy, as the team also celebrated a podium finish with Jack Dennis of Andretti Formula E. Dennis finished second in the second race, marking his best finish of the year.

Meanwhile, Jean-Eric Vergne of DS Penske had a mixed weekend. Despite bad luck in the first race, Vergne, driving the No. 25 car, managed to secure a podium finish in the second race. Starting from the back of the field, Vergne fought his way up to third place.

Vergne expressed satisfaction with his weekend performance, stating that another podium finish was possible in the previous race. He also expressed belief in his ability to secure more podium finishes in the future.

The Tempelhof races also marked the end of the season for the ABB Formula E Championship. The season 11 title was secured by Oliver Rowland of the Nissan Formula E Team, who finished fifth in Round 14. Rowland's fifth place finish or better was enough to secure the championship.

Porsche Formula E Team, who were hoping for a strong showing in their home event, had a disappointing race. Main title contender Pascal Wehrlein finished out of the points, falling to ninth place in the second race.

The ABB Formula E Championship will now head to London for the final two rounds of the season later this month. Fans can expect an exciting conclusion to the season as teams fight for positions and points in the final races.
