Regulation application still pending at the Commission's decision
In Bielefeld, a collision occurred between two vehicles on Engersche Straße at around 11:10 AM on an unspecified day.
According to the Bielefeld Police Headquarters, a 42-year-old woman was driving a Kia Picanto towards the city, while a 79-year-old man from Enger was following behind. The woman intended to turn left onto Braker Straße, and the collision occurred during the turn.
The 79-year-old man attempted to overtake the Kia Picanto on the left, and the two vehicles collided. Both vehicles were no longer roadworthy and had to be towed away. Fortunately, both drivers remained uninjured.
The total damage from the accident was estimated at around 7,000 euros. The 79-year-old's car spun and hit the garden wall of an adjacent property. The Kia Picanto suffered significant damage as well.
