Renowned steakhouse set to restart operations following relocation to Venetian along the Strip
After almost a year since the confirmation of its move, Bazaar Meat by José Andrés is set to open its doors at The Venetian in Las Vegas. The restaurant, previously situated at Sahara Las Vegas, will now call the Palazzo Tower home.
The move to The Venetian was confirmed last year, and the restaurant closed its doors at its previous location on July 31. The eagerly anticipated opening date, announced by Johnathan L. Wright from the Las Vegas Review-Journal, is September 4.
The Palazzo Tower, which is part of The Venetian, will now house Bazaar Meat, marking the sixth steakhouse in the complex. The Venetian will boast five steakhouses with the opening of Bazaar Meat and Cote Vegas on October 4.
The 20,000-square-foot-plus restaurant will be located on the lower level of the lobby of the Palazzo Tower. The design of Bazaar Meat is inspired by Feria de Jerez, the annual Spanish celebration of equestrian and Andalusian culture.
Apollo Global Management is involved in the operation of The Venetian, but the specifics regarding who financed the project for the opening of Bazaar Meat at the Palazzo Tower remain undisclosed.
Visitors to Bazaar Meat can expect an unparalleled dining experience, blending the flavours of land and sea in a setting that captures the spirit of Spain's most famous festival. The restaurant promises to be a unique addition to the already vibrant dining scene at The Venetian.
