Michael Pachota, General Manager for Automobiles at Suzuki Australia, expressed gratitude to customers and dealer partners for their patience and support during the sales hold. He stated that customer trust is central to Suzuki's philosophy and the sales hold was necessary to ensure the company delivers on its promise of quality and safety.
The Jimny XL, an extended version of Suzuki's cult off-roader, continues to be one of the brand's most in-demand models in Australia. The vehicle appeals to buyers with its rugged styling, compact footprint, and off-road capability.
Suzuki Motor Corporation has concluded its investigation into the Jimny XL, finding no concerns regarding its quality, safety, performance, or compliance.
