Returning from summer break, Princess Kate sports a fresh new appearance.
In a recent visit to the village of Crathie near Balmoral Castle, Princess Kate's hair was noticeably darker, marking a change from her usual blonde locks. This shift in hair colour was a point of interest during their visit, with beauty experts debating whether the change was natural or artificial.
The royal family's residence in Crathie is Balmoral Castle, which was also the final resting place of Queen Elizabeth II. The monarch passed away at Balmoral Castle on September 8, 2022, at the age of 96. Her favourite residence was a favourite among the royal family as well, with King Charles also enjoying vacations there.
Prince William, Princess Kate, and their children George, Charlotte, and Louis paid a visit to Balmoral Castle shortly after the Queen's passing. During their visit to Crathie, Kate's hair was "blonder than ever," suggesting that the change in colour might have been caused by sun exposure or a hair lightening process.
This visit marked Kate's return to public life after a temporary withdrawal due to a cancer diagnosis. She publicly revealed her diagnosis in 2022 and underwent chemotherapy, which she has now completed. In January, Kate announced that she was relieved to be in remission.
The royal couple resumed their duties on Thursday with a visit to the Natural History Museum in London. The exterior gardens of the museum have been redesigned, offering a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The visit was an opportunity for the public to see the royal family in action once again, and to admire Kate's new hair colour.
As the royal family continues to navigate through changes, the public looks forward to seeing more of Kate's journey and her continued contributions to various charitable causes.
