Road accident near Southbrookmerland involving three vehicles, incident occurred on the southbound route, escape reported at Osteel.

In a series of incidents that took place across the District of Aurich, several road accidents and hit-and-run incidents have been reported over the past couple of days.

On Monday morning, between 9 a.m. and 11:40 a.m., a hit-and-run incident occurred in Osteel. An unknown driver struck a black Dacia parked on Alter Postweg and fled the scene without settling the damage. Both drivers were slightly injured, and the vehicles had to be towed away.

On Tuesday, a multi-vehicle accident occurred in Engerhafe at around 5 p.m. on Norder Straße towards Georgsheil. The Engerhafe accident involved a 59-year-old VW driver who rear-ended a 54-year-old driver, pushing her into the BMW of a 65-year-old woman. The 54-year-old driver was slightly injured.

In a similar incident in Norden, a rear-end collision took place at 6:35 a.m. on Itzendorfer Straße. A 47-year-old VW driver failed to notice the driver in front braking and collided with the vehicle. The details of the multi-vehicle accident in Südbrookmerland are not provided in the text.

The police in Wiesmoor are accepting tips about the Ostgroßefehn hit-and-run incident at 04944 914050. The hit-and-run driver in Ostgroßefehn was described as a person between 20 and 30 years old, approximately 1.70 meters tall with long brown hair.
