In Backnang, a break-in occurred at a single-family home between Saturday afternoon 2:30 PM and Sunday afternoon 2:30 PM. The perpetrators, yet to be identified, forced their way into the residence by breaking a terrace door. In a more alarming incident, a 23-year-old man physically attacked and insulted police officers early Monday morning at around 1:30 AM in Winnenden-Schelmenholz. The man was admitted to a specialized clinic due to suspicion of being in a helpless state, and he may now face criminal charges.
Elsewhere in Kernen im Remstal, a burning woodpile was discovered at the "Blaues Loch" playground around 6:50 PM on Sunday.
