Romanian companies AROBS Systems and Power Net Consulting to undertake the development of an integrated IT system for the National Employment Agency of Romania
The Romanian National Employment Agency (ANOFM) is set to undergo a significant transformation, as AROBS Systems, in partnership with Power Net Consulting, delivers and implements a new unified IT platform. This project, funded through Romania's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), aims to streamline the management of all institutional processes at ANOFM.
The new platform will be a comprehensive solution, integrating national and European databases, and featuring advanced tools for analysis and decision support. It will cover functions such as data and workflow management, reporting, and interoperability with other governmental platforms.
One of the key objectives of the platform is to provide quick access to information, simplify procedures, and increase transparency at ANOFM. It will include activity monitoring and reporting capabilities, as well as modules for managing job demand and supply.
The platform is designed to be a unified system, streamlining the management of all institutional processes. It is expected to be completed and implemented within a 24-month duration.
