Romanian National Employment Agency to receive integrated IT system through collaboration between AROBS Systems and Power Net Consulting
Romania's National Employment Agency (ANOFM) is set to undergo a significant digital transformation, as AROBS Systems, a part of the AROBS Group, leads a consortium to deliver and implement an IT system. Financed through Romania's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), this project aims to modernize and digitalize ANOFM's operations through a unified platform.
The IT platform, scheduled for completion in 11 months, will streamline the management of all institutional processes and improve the quality of public employment services. It will include modules for managing job demand and supply, and will integrate national and European databases.
The platform will be equipped with advanced tools for analysis and decision support, as well as activity monitoring and reporting features. It will cover functions such as data and workflow management, reporting, and interoperability with other governmental platforms, thereby enabling quick access to information, simplifying procedures, and increasing transparency.
AROBS Systems, with over 1,200 specialists developing solutions in various fields, brings expertise in specific industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Maritime, and Medical. The company is present in 11 locations within Romania and 9 abroad.
The current implementation period of the IT system for the Romanian National Employment Agency by the consortium, which also includes Power Net Consulting, is from 2022 to 2025. The goal of the project is to digitalize ANOFM's services, making them more accessible and efficient for both the agency and the public.
This project is a significant step towards Romania's digital future, demonstrating the country's commitment to improving public services and enhancing the quality of life for its citizens.
