In the aftermath of the devastating forest fires in Galicia, President Alfonso Rueda has been vocal about the need for aid for those affected and the importance of addressing climate change.
A total of 380 water pumps, including those from the Xunta and municipalities, operated during the firefighting efforts. However, if any water pumps were inactive, it was because their operators needed rest, Rueda confirmed.
