SBC Summit will emphasize gamification techniques to boost player involvement in its academy.

The SBC Summit is set to host its fourth tech academy, the Gamification Academy, on Tuesday, September 16, at Sala Tejo, MEO Arena. This collaborative effort with Soft2Bet aims to equip attendees with essential tools for boosting engagement, retention, loyalty, and differentiation in the digital world.

Rasmus Sojmark, SBC Founder and CEO, commented on the introduction of the Gamification Academy, stating that it would provide insights into driving loyalty, strategies for introducing gamified features, brand authenticity, and leveraging gamification for tangible results.

The day's events will commence with the "Introduction to Gamification & Player Engagement" workshop, led by Soft2Bet Chief Product Officer Yoel Zuckerberg. This session will offer a comprehensive introduction to the world of gamification and player engagement, setting the stage for the rest of the academy.

Later in the day, Alon Eshed will host a panel on "The Five Steps of Gamification," featuring industry experts Helen Walton, David Olim, and Tom Jang Lemke. The panel will delve into the practical applications of gamification and its role in enhancing user experiences.

Another highlight of the day will be the panel "Why Personalization is the Key to Retention," moderated by Martin Colins. Panellists Toni Jermaniš, Josh Jones, and Alec Gehlot will discuss the importance of personalization in retaining users and improving overall engagement.

Alexis Wicen will lead a session titled "Baking in Gamification During Design," exploring the integration of gamification elements into the design process to create engaging and rewarding user experiences.

In addition to these sessions, the Gamification Academy will also feature "The Metrics of Gamification," led by Uri Admon, where attendees will learn about measuring the success of gamification strategies.

Industry figures such as Martin Colins, Toni Jermaniš, Josh Jones, Alec Gehlot, Alexis Wicen, Uri Admon, Alon Eshed, Helen Walton, David Olim, and Tom Jang Lemke will be in attendance, making it an excellent opportunity for networking and knowledge sharing.
