New Chief Revenue Officer Takes the Helm at Little Rock Airport
Carl Schultz, a seasoned professional with a strong background in revenue generation, marketing, brand management, data analysis, conflict resolution, and public speaking, has been appointed as the new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport (LIT).
Schultz, who most recently served as the CRO for The New Terminal One at John F. Kennedy International Airport, has accepted the challenge to bring his expertise to LIT. He expressed his excitement about being a part of the Little Rock staff and is eager to collaborate with individuals across the organization and community.
Schultz's impressive career in the aviation industry spans over a decade, with notable stints at the Houston Airport System, the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority, and the Columbus Regional Airport Authority. Prior to his tenure at JFK, he served as Director, Airline Business Development for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority.
At JFK, Schultz established a revenue team from the ground up to ensure the program's long-term success. He will be bringing this same strategic approach to LIT, with responsibilities that include creating and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.
Schultz holds a bachelor's degree in aviation management from The Ohio State University and a master's of business administration in aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. His academic background, coupled with his extensive industry experience, makes him well-equipped to lead the revenue team at LIT.
ADK Consulting & Executive Search has completed the CRO search for The Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission, and they are confident that Schultz is the right fit for the role.
