Searching for Testimonies: Wanted, Individuals Who Saw a Robbery in Bochum
In the early hours of August 23, 2025, a robbery took place in Bochum-Langendreer, leaving a 28-year-old resident with minor injuries. The Bochum Police are currently investigating the incident and are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
The perpetrators, described as three unknown men around 25 to 35 years old with an "Arabic appearance," spoke broken German with an Arabic accent. They were all wearing dark clothing with hoods, and two of them were slim and approximately 170 to 180 cm tall. One wore black gloves, and another had a long black beard.
The robbery occurred around 6:00 AM in front of a house on Wischelinkstraße 3. The men threatened the victim, demanding his cash. After the victim complied, he was struck and attacked with a knife. He was subsequently taken to the hospital for treatment.
The suspects, following the robbery, fled towards Langendreer Market. A fourth suspect was reportedly standing at the corner of Alte Bahnhofstraße / Ovelackerstraße, keeping watch. The third suspect was reportedly 180 to 190 cm tall and very slim.
