Seized Drugs During Bottrop Raid

In a coordinated joint operation, authorities in Recklinghausen and Bottrop have made a significant breakthrough in tackling drug trafficking. A 35-year-old woman from Bottrop was provisionally arrested during a raid in the city center of Recklinghausen.

The operation, which took place on Gustav-Ohm-Straße, was conducted following investigations that linked the woman to drug trafficking activities. During the raid, approximately 1 kilogram of amphetamine was seized, along with a knuckleduster, a dagger, and an air rifle.

The substances found in the apartment during the raid were later classified as harmless, and no danger to residents was reported during the operation. As a precaution, nearby residential buildings in Bottrop were evacuated.

The collaboration between the authorities in both cities is based on good cooperation as a foundation for effective joint operations. The investigation into the case is ongoing.
