Spectacular Symphony Performance by School of Music and Art

Prepare for an entertaining evening of music as the Music and Art School in Garbsen hosts a grand orchestra concert on Saturday, September 13, at 5 p.m. The event will take place at the auditorium of School Center I, located at Planetenring 7, Auf der Horst, Garbsen.

Approximately 40 students will participate in the concert, all under the direction of Kristina Starke. The concert program promises a diverse selection, including classical music, musicals, and film scores. Highlights of the concert include excerpts from Joseph Haydn's Violin Concerto in G Major, "Suite from Hamilton" by Jerry Brubaker, "The Magic of Harry Potter", the theme from Wii Sports Resort, Tchaikovsky's "Sleeping Beauty", and parts of Gustav Holst's "Jupiter".

The pre-orchestra of the music school will also perform, showcasing popular pieces such as "Pizzo Calypso" by Paul Lavender, "Irish Dance", and the Scottish ballad "The Dark Island". Kristina Starke, the music school's director, emphasized that the young musicians are eager to showcase their talents to a large audience.

The concert is open to music enthusiasts of all ages, and admission is free. The students have been rehearsing intensively in recent weeks to ensure a memorable performance.
