Fortnite's Winterfest 2021: A Snowy Adventure Awaits
Get ready for a festive season like no other as Fortnite's Winterfest in-game event is now live and running until January 6, 2022. This year's event promises a plethora of holiday-themed activities, new outfits, and exciting rewards.
During the Winterfest event, Sgt. Winter's armory is filled with Chiller Grenades, Snowball Launchers, and Holiday Presents. For those looking to sneak around undetected, the Sneaky Snowman item allows players to disguise themselves as a snowman and stealth through the battlefield.
As the event progresses, more new outfits will be rotating into the Shop. One such outfit is the "Snowmando," which players can unlock by completing ten Winterfest Quests. Upon completing seven Winterfest Quests, players will receive the Snowmando Board Glider, and ten will grant the Ffrosty Back Bling.
Sgt. Winter has prepared 14 Presents for players throughout Winterfest 2021. To unwrap these presents, players must visit the Winterfest Lodge every day for 14 days. The Lodge is accessible through a snowflake tab in the Lobby.
The Presents contain a variety of items, including two Outfits, two Pickaxes, two Wraps, a Glider, Contrail, Emote, Lobby Track, Loading Screen, Emoticon, Spray, and Banner.
Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 features an upside-down island with new locations and surprises. Players can swing like Spider-Man with web-shooters, slide to evade enemy fire, and set up camp with their squad.
For fans of the latest Marvel movie, Spider-Man (No Way Home) and MJ (No Way Home) Outfits will be available in the Item Shop starting December 16 at 7 p.m. ET.
