Star Elizabeth Hurley discloses surprising revelations about her fitness routine
Elizabeth Hurley Maintains Fitness Without Hitting the Gym
Actress and model Elizabeth Hurley, who recently turned 60, has found an unconventional way to keep her fit and toned figure – gardening. In an interview with Hello! magazine, Hurley revealed that she spends much of her summer at her Herefordshire home, wrestling her garden into submission.
Hurley, who has been spending her summer in England for the first time ever, shared that her exercise comes from tending to her garden. She bends, stretches, and lifts things all day long, maintaining her muscular body without the need for a gym.
The star, who is dating musician Billy Ray Cyrus, has been seen in her interview flaunting her model figure in a variety of bikinis, which she stores in a warehouse. Hurley's love for the beachwear is evident, and she spends a lot of her time in them, even during her gardening sessions.
Apart from gardening, Hurley also practices yoga, takes regular walks, engages in various outdoor exercises, and does housework to keep herself active. She also mentioned that she's currently learning to play the guitar, a new hobby she picked up recently. Hurley admitted that she's not very good at it yet, but she's determined to improve.
Interestingly, Hurley has a tool shed filled with 'lady tools', including a mini leaf-blower, a gift from her friend Joan Collins and her husband. This shows that even when it comes to gardening, Hurley doesn't compromise on style.
Despite her busy schedule, Hurley is very active by nature and rarely sits still. This, coupled with her unique approach to fitness, keeps her in top shape and ready for whatever life throws at her.
