Stolen e-bike retrieved by federal police, bringing joy to its owner
Last Wednesday, an abandoned KTM E-bike was discovered near the train tracks in Bremen's Walle district. The electric bike, worth approximately 4800 euros, was reported stolen by its owner following a break-in at the Bremen police station just a short time before.
Federal police officers secured the abandoned KTM E-bike and began an investigation to find its owner. However, on the spot, they were unable to find any clues.
The E-bike was traced and returned to its owner, Holger R., a 49-year-old man from Bremen's old town, on Saturday morning. The federal police officers tracked the buyer of the abandoned KTM E-bike through a bike dealer.
Holger R. expressed his gratitude to the federal police officers for their diligent work in finding and returning his stolen E-bike.
