In a thrilling match at the BBBank Wildpark stadium in Karlsruhe, FC Bayern Munich emerged victorious against VfL Wolfsburg, securing the Supercup with a score of 4:2. The game, which was attended by 16,933 spectators, marked the comeback of Lena Oberdorf for Bayern after a 410-day absence due to a cruciate ligament injury.
Lena Oberdorf, who described her comeback as "extremely beautiful," was central to the action throughout the game. She won a penalty for Bayern and committed a foul that led to a penalty for Wolfsburg. However, her former club showed happiness to see her back on the pitch.
