Acer has announced a range of new devices, including laptops and high-refresh rate monitors, designed to cater to various needs and preferences.

The Acer Swift Air 16, a Copilot+ PC, stands out with its powerful AMD Ryzen AI 300 Series processor and a choice of up to a Ryzen AI 7 350 processor. Weighing approximately 0.99 kg (2.18 lbs) with an IPS display and just 1.1 kg (2.43 lbs) with an AMOLED display, the Swift Air 16 promises portability without compromising on performance. The laptop is expected to compete with the best laptops with number pads and offers up to 13 hours of battery life. However, the availability of the Acer Swift Air 16 is currently limited to EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa), with no specific information about its release in other regions.

For gaming enthusiasts, the Predator Helios 18P and the Predator Orion series are worth a mention. The Predator Helios 18P, launching in North America with a starting price of $3,999, boasts an 18-inch Mini LED display with 4K resolution. On the other hand, the Predator Orion 7000 and Predator Orion 5000 are expected in the first quarter of 2026, priced at $3,999 and $2,999 respectively. The Predator Orion 7000 is equipped with up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090, making it a formidable choice for high-end gaming.

Acer also announced the Acer Nitro V 16, a more budget-friendly option starting at $999.99. The laptop, which will start shipping in North America in October, comes with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 laptop GPU and a 2560 x 1600 display that covers 100% sRGB and has a 180Hz refresh rate. For those seeking a lighter version, the Nitro V 16S, weighing less than the Nitro V 16 (2.4 kg (5.29 lbs) vs. 2.1 kg (4.63 lbs)), will be available in November, starting at $1,099.99.

In addition to laptops, Acer also unveiled four new high-refresh rate monitors. The Nitro XV270X features a 5K display and a 39.7-inch curved gaming monitor, the Nitro XZ403CKR. These monitors are designed to provide an immersive gaming experience with their high refresh rates and advanced features.

With these new announcements, Acer continues to demonstrate its commitment to delivering innovative and high-performance devices for various user needs.
