The 2025 edition of the ADIHEX exhibition is inaugurated in Abu Dhabi, marking its largest assembly to date.

The Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX) is back for its 22nd edition, running from Saturday, August 29, 2020, to September 7, 2025, at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. This year's event promises to be a grand spectacle, covering 92,000 square metres and featuring an unprecedented line-up of over 2,000 local and international companies.

Visitors can immerse themselves in a variety of activities, including live falconry shows, interactive sessions with birds of prey, traditional hunting demonstrations, and photo opportunities. The event also offers a chance to witness eight falconry auctions, four held before the opening and four during the event.

The Emirates Falconers' Club pavilion is a highlight of ADIHEX, featuring key partners such as the Mohamed bin Zayed Raptor Conservation Fund, the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, the International Association for Falconry, the Russian Roscongress Foundation, and the International Council for Game and Wildlife Conservation. Majid Ali Al Mansouri, Secretary-General of the Emirates Falconers' Club, emphasized the pavilion's role in showcasing Emirati and Arab falconry traditions as a global human heritage.

ADIHEX 2020 includes 15 sectors, a 36% increase from previous years, covering camels, Salukis, hunting knives, and a traditional marketplace. The Saluki Arabian Centre pavilion showcases the agility and cultural significance of the Saluki breed.

Community-focused activities have doubled to 21 at this year's ADIHEX, alongside record participation from 46 falcon farms worldwide. Arabic coffee preparation, school visits, student competitions, and new initiatives such as the "Falconry Guardians Passport" and a "Junior Veterinarian" programme are part of ADIHEX activities.

Capital Events, Capital 360, and Capital Hospitality are providing event management, production, and catering services for the exhibition. ADNEC has improved visitor mobility, safety, and parking facilities to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.

The exhibition is under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan and enjoys the continued support of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in safeguarding falconry. The event is expected to attract a record number of visitors due to its expanded sectors and activities.

In addition to falconry, ADIHEX includes camel races, equestrian performances, seminars, and competitions. For the first time, ADIHEX features four new heritage sections: Camels, Salukis, Knives, and Souq, offering a glimpse into the rich cultural heritage of the region.

The event is not just a celebration of falconry but also a testament to the Emirate's commitment to preserving and promoting its cultural heritage. With its expanded offerings and increased participation, ADIHEX 2020 promises to be an unforgettable experience for all visitors.
