Hamm, Germany, is gearing up for an exciting season as it hosts two highly anticipated events and the return of a beloved television series.

The city will be the hub of activity in the coming months, with the 16th AOK Corporate Run set to take place in Hamm. This popular event, which attracts thousands of participants, is a testament to the city's vibrant community spirit.

Simultaneously, the Hamm Ice Rink is commencing a new season, offering a chillier alternative for those seeking winter entertainment. The rink, a well-known location in Hamm, will play host to various events, including the new season of the ice rink.

But the most exciting news for Hamm residents and television enthusiasts is the return of the popular series "Club of Red Bands." Originally an adaptation of a Spanish format, the series was one of the most successful youth series of the 2010s. The reboot, titled "Club of Red Bands - The New Generation," is set to premiere in 2026 on Vox and RTL+.

While the names of the new main roles have yet to be revealed, filming for the reboot is currently underway in the Cologne area. What we do know is that Greta Kramer, Jona Levin Nicolai, Yoran Leicher, Mariama Jobe, and Voicu Dumitras will be part of the new cast.

The original series was a career booster for its stars, with Damian Hardung and Tim Oliver Schultz enjoying successful careers as a result of their roles. Fans of the original series can look forward to seeing these familiar faces in the reboot.
