The Liverpool City Region is welcoming three ambitious Indian digital companies to its innovation campus, Sci-Tech Daresbury. This move aligns with the UK's ambition to deepen economic collaboration with India, particularly in the fields of science, technology, and innovation.

John Leake, business growth director at Sci-Tech Daresbury, expressed his excitement at welcoming the Indian companies. "We are thrilled to have these innovative digital companies join us at Sci-Tech Daresbury," he said.

Among the new arrivals is VenPep Solutions, a Tamil Nadu-based company that plans to expand its UK engineering and product teams, pilot new AI solutions, and double its UK footprint by 2026. The company develops AI and automation platforms, including MySafety, a gamified compliance tool, a growth platform for membership organizations, and Todook, an AI chatbot.

Everleaves Systems, headquartered in Chennai, specializes in embedded systems and advanced engineering for industries such as aerospace, defence, automotive, and industrial automation. The company aims to build a local team, partner with UK manufacturers, and co-develop new technologies for the European market.

Kerala-based TIBS Global focuses on industrial IoT and predictive maintenance, with retrofitting solutions to turn traditional machines into connected assets, helping manufacturers embrace smart factory technologies.

The arrival of these companies is a result of a two-year collaboration between Invest Liverpool City Region and the Department for Business and Trade India, which has introduced over 100 Indian tech firms to the region. This collaboration has helped establish Sci-Tech Daresbury's reputation as a home for cutting-edge technologies and international collaboration.

The Liverpool City Region is laying the foundations for a stronger, more connected, and globally competitive regional economy. Steve Rotheram, Mayor of the Liverpool City Region, aims to increase Foreign Direct Investment by 25% by the end of the decade.

Taking advantage of Sci-Tech Daresbury's Soft Landing Programme, these companies will be accelerated into the UK and European markets. The programme is designed to support global innovators in their journey to establish a presence in the UK.

In related news, a Scottish MarTech firm has raised £1.5m from Virgin to launch an AI platform. However, this fact is not directly related to the Indian digital companies establishing their UK bases at Liverpool's Sci-Tech Daresbury.

Furthermore, Baltic Ventures has revealed the Accelerator 2025 cohort, but no further details about the cohort were provided in this paragraph. As for the planned founding date of TIBS Global in the United Kingdom, no information is currently available.

In conclusion, the arrival of TIBS Global, VenPep Solutions, and Everleaves Systems at Sci-Tech Daresbury marks a significant step forward in the Liverpool City Region's mission to become a hub for cutting-edge technologies and international collaboration.
