Accident on Jülicher Ring: Two-Year-Old Child Injured
A traumatic incident occurred on the parking lot of the district administration building on Jülicher Ring on August 26th, at 3:30 PM. In the unfortunate event, a two-year-old child was injured after being hit by a car.
The child was running on the parking lot when the driver turned in, leading to the collision. Witnesses notified the driver of the collision immediately. The child fell to the ground and was taken to a hospital by ambulance.
At the time of the accident, the child was near a parked vehicle on the parking lot, accompanied by an adult. The driver, a 50-year-old individual from Kall, was driving on Jülicher Ring when the accident occurred. The car rolled forward a few more meters after hitting the child, but the child was fortunately not run over at the time of notification.
The child was with an adult companion at the time of the accident, and the incident has understandably shaken the local community. The authorities are currently investigating the accident to determine the exact circumstances that led to this unfortunate event.
