In Geneva, Illinois, a tragic car crash occurred at around 1:40 p.m. on Bricher Road and Fisher Drive. The victim was an 85-year-old man driving a 2005 Toyota Corolla. He was attempting to turn onto Bricher Road from Fisher Drive when his vehicle was struck by a BMW X3. Unfortunately, both the driver and his 88-year-old wife, who was a passenger in the Toyota Corolla, were killed in the crash.
The BMW had three passengers, all aged 18 to 19. One of them was taken to a hospital for treatment. The driver of the BMW was an 18-year-old man.
