In a tragic incident, a person was struck and killed by a train in Langley, British Columbia, on Tuesday evening. The incident occurred near the intersection of Crush Crescent and Glover Road.

According to Sgt. Zynal Sharoom, the Langley RCMP responded to the scene at approximately 10:15 p.m. Immediate life-saving efforts were made, but the individual succumbed to their injuries. The exact cause of the incident remains currently unknown.

The individual who was struck by the train died at the scene, and no further details about the victim have been released. Police, paramedics, and firefighters were present at the scene.
