Train Theft: Federal police urge victims and eyewitnesses to provide information regarding stolen mobile phones in a regional train

A 21-year-old man is under suspicion for stealing a woman's mobile phone on the Regional Express 50 train from Frankfurt a.M. to Schlüchtern on August 31. The incident occurred between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM.

The suspect was found in Fulda station based on a description provided by a witness. During the police check, the officers found the stolen mobile phone on the 21-year-old. However, the suspect denied the crime and claimed to have found the mobile phone in the toilet on the train.

It is worth noting that there was an open warrant for the 21-year-old's arrest from the Frankfurt a.M. District Court for robbery. After completing the police measures, the 21-year-old was released.
