On Sunday evening, March 9, 2025, an unidentified woman was severely injured in Hannover-Wülfel after being hit by a tram. The incident occurred around 8:35 PM between the tram stops "Wiehbergstraße" and "Bothmerstraße".
The woman was on the tracks for unknown reasons, and despite the tram driver applying the emergency brake, she was hit. Emergency services managed to free the woman, who was trapped under the tram, and she was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
