Transgender Miss Spain 2025 Submits Report for Offensive Labeling After Being Referred to as "Sir"

In the heart of Spain, a heated debate over trans rights and religious freedom has erupted, causing a stir in the nation. The controversy began with a misunderstanding that led to accusations and counter-accusations, indicating that the concept of wokism is alive and well in Spain.

The incident that sparked the debate occurred when Xavier García Albiol, the mayor of Badalona, was misidentified as 'Miss Trans 2025'. Despite not being denounced for a hate crime, his response to the misidentification has fuelled discussions about the prevalence of wokism in Spain.

Meanwhile, in many Spanish towns, the August celebrations have seen an increase in provocations. Town halls have been promoting gender ideology and mocking Christian religious beliefs, leading to a rise in attacks against Christian lawyers and accusations of "violence against the trans collective".

The heated debate reached its peak on the television program En boca de todos on channel Cuatro, where Polonia Castellanos, a representative of Christian Lawyers, and Daniela Vallejo, 'Miss Trans 2025', engaged in a passionate discussion. The controversy began when Polonia Castellanos referred to Vallejo as a 'gentleman' and 'Sir' throughout the debate, which Vallejo found to be a transphobic attack. As a result, she filed a hate crime complaint against Christian Lawyers, with the support of the Ministry of Equality.

Christian Lawyers, on the other hand, argue that they are experiencing persecution due to Vallejo's complaint about being called 'sir'. They believe that imposing transgenderism through intimidation is wrong because it goes against people's religious convictions and contradicts biology and anthropology. Polonia Castellanos, in a video on social media, reaffirmed the organization's position, stating that a person born as a man dies as a man.

The controversy deepened when Christian Lawyers filed a complaint against a queer show in Calviá, Mallorca, funded by taxpayer money. The show, which included an individual in lingerie making sexual comments in front of families and children, was deemed divisive and controversial.

Daniela Vallejo defended the queer event during the debate, arguing that it promotes inclusivity and acceptance. However, Christian Lawyers maintain that they defend respect for all people and oppose insult and violence, but cannot tolerate attempts to impose ideology over their beliefs or self-perception over their faith. They also emphasize their commitment to fighting for religious freedom, the respect of children, and freedom.

The debate has not been without its personal attacks. Daniela Vallejo has accused Xavier García Albiol, the mayor of Badalona, of being "homophobic" and "transphobic". However, the mayor has not responded publicly to these allegations.

As the debate continues, it is clear that the issues of trans rights and religious freedom are causing deep divisions in Spain. Both sides remain firm in their beliefs, and it remains to be seen how this controversy will unfold in the coming days.
