In the heart of Hagen, Germany, on August 27, 2025, the city's traffic unit was busy conducting speed checks. The location was Auf dem Bauloh Straße, and the target was a 65-year-old woman driving an Opel.

At around 16:30, the woman was caught speeding, and the police officer, whose name remains undisclosed, selected her for further investigation. The speed checks were carried out using a laser device.

Upon closer inspection, the officers noticed that the woman's license plate had missing seals. It was revealed that these seals had been removed by the city of Hagen back in May.

The woman was subsequently prohibited from continuing her journey and was reported by the officers. She explained that her intention was to visit the local traffic authority.
